REFUND POLICY

Please be mindful that the allowances of our Refunds and Exchanges policies are subject to venues and artists, if applicable.

Refunds

Get a full refund on tickets if you change your mind or have a scheduling conflict within 72 hours of purchase; this allowance does not apply if the event is less than 15 days away from notification. Request refund via email: info@HillmanB2.com.

Exchanges

You may exchange tickets for others tickets of the same event, at the same or higher price. Please limit exchanges to one per person, per event.

Refunds or exchanges are not allowed for events that are less than 15 days away. Again, refunds and exchanges are also subject to the venue/artist.

Refunds for Cancelled Events

We'll contact you and issue a refund automatically, including merchant related transactions and digital fees. We do not refund shipping or mailing related fees for physical tickets.

Refunds for Rescheduled Events

If we reschedule an event, you will receive an option for a refund or to transfer your ticket to the newly scheduled event date.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may browse the Site without registering for an account. You will be required to register for an account to use certain features of the Site, such as purchasing a ticket. Your account username may not include the name of another person with the intent to impersonate that person, or be offensive, vulgar or obscene. Your account username and password are personal to you. You will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of your username and password, and for all activities (including purchases) that are conducted through your account. You may not transfer or sell access to your account. We will not be liable for any harm related to disclosure of your username or password or the use by anyone else of your username or password. You may not use another user's account without that user's permission. You will immediately notify us in writing if you discover any unauthorized use of your account or other account-related security breach. We may require you to change your username and/or password if we believe your account is no longer secure or if we receive a complaint that your username violates someone else's rights. You will have no ownership in your account or your username. We may refuse registration, cancel an account or deny access to the Site for any reason.

PRIVACY POLICY

We collect customer information, including phone number, address, email address; and depending upon merchant provider, credit card information.

Demographic information. We may collect information about events you like or products you buy. We might collect this as part of a survey, whether online or at an event.

While using our website we may collect information about the browser you're using. We might look at what site you came from, or what site you visit when you leave us. If you use a mobile device to access our site we may collect the type of mobile device you are using, or the version of the operating system your computer or device is running.

We use information to respond to your requests or questions. For example, we might use your information to confirm your registration for an event or contest. If you give us your friend's information, we will only use it to provide services you requested.

We may share information with third parties. such as those who perform services on our behalf. For example, we share information with sponsors, business partners, and service providers. You may opt-out of Hillman B2 emails at Hillman B2 Email Unsubscribe.

We may share information if we think we have to in order to comply with the law or to protect ourselves. For example, we will share information to respond to a court order or subpoena. We may also share it if a government agency or investigatory body requests. Or, we might also share information when we are investigating potential fraud.
